Very Disrespectful - I am there atleast twice a week, yes at times when it’s busy the basic carwash (5$) doesn’t do the needful, but today it was way more bad, everything in the back and front part was still dirty what bothered me the most was the way they respond when you go ask them about it, I asked the young guy working at the payment kiosk his response was “ITS BASIC WASH“ murmuring something in mexican and just left. I felt really bad and went again after I vacuumed to tell him that he should be little polite when talking customers, his response is “I ll NOT GOVE YOU MY NAME, YOU CAN CALL THE OFFICE AND COMPLAINT”. I hope the management takes some action about this issue, Thanks. I managed to take a pic of atleast backend of the car.

Rarely satisfied after going through this car wash. Maintenance is lacking on the equipment. Went through yesterday and paid for a tire shine upgrade and the shining machine wasn't even operational. They really should step it up and maintain their equipment better. Go to Waterway instead for a great carwash with friendly people and machines that work properly.

I was extremely disappointed. Despite paying $11.99 for the deluxe wash, my car was still dirty with soap residue everywhere. I had to do more work by cleaning with wet towels most of the places. The vacuum stations were mostly out of order, and the one that was working barely did the job. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. Very frustrating experience.

It wouldn't be so insulting if the car was washed clean for such a price. That's just my opinion.

A very poorly run car wash. I went in for a wash but the machine left my car fairly dirty. I immediately showed this to the person working there and requested I have my car run through the wash again. He refused and said take it up with the office. I asked where is the office? To which he responded, “I don’t know.” Then I asked for the phone number for the office to which the answer was again “I don’t know.” They refused to help me sort this out. Again if one is paying for a car wash you expect it to at least wash off the grime and dirt from your car at a minimum.
